In the field of refrigeration, the vast majority of data centers, which is needed tobe built in large, are lack of knowledge of “greening”. In the systematic planning,concerning about the situation of the processing power and data center equipmentfunction only but the data center energy consumption, air conditioning andenvironmental design, witch are lack of understanding, and lack of comprehensiveconsideration about energy conservation, consumption reduction and operating costsetc. as well.In addition, with the rapid development of communication technology, theconstruction scale of the computer room of mobile and telecommunication sectors arealso increasing. As the basic guarantee of the normal and stable operation of computerroom, the security situation of the air conditioning, power equipment operatingconditions and room environment has become more and more important. Since manyimportant computer room are24hours continuously operation, and it is difficult tomanagement to ensure monitoring the situation room at all times, so the use of dutymonitoring is not only a spent of manpower, material, and also can not be achieved onthe continuous testing of environment and dynamic data, tracking and analysis.In this paper, using monitoring program with the combination of ProgrammableLogic Controller (PLC) and Force control configuration software, develop thereal-time monitoring platform for the fluorine pump free cooling system which withadvantage of energy-saving. The platform can reflect the working operation of therefrigeration system in order to provide the reliable data basis for the optimal designof this free cooling system. Basic on the measured data of the system, the correlationchanges between the influencing factors of condenser, evaporator, pump and systemheat exchange, cop is analyzed. Elaborate the reasonable strategy of adjusting whenconsidering changing the heat exchange or cop of the system. Preliminary design thecontrol scheme based on the analysis and the implementation with its correspondingconfiguration software.
