Abstract/Summary:
The function of configuration software in industrial control system becomes more and more important. Unfortunately, many enterprises suggest that the redundant functions and expensive price are prohibitive. The study of metering pump is still in the stage of single pump at present. With the increasing number of metering pump, pumps should work cooperatively as a group. So it is particularly important to regard the pumps as a complete object to study their unified monitoring system and schedule optimization. Therefore, it has the reality significance to develop the special configuration software and to explore economic operation of the metering pump group.This article start from metering pump, design the network monitoring platform of metering pump with Java according to the structure of Ethernet and field-bus. Aimed at the minimal energy consumption, the mathematical model for pump group was established by using the method of dynamic programming. In this paper, the main work is as follows:1. This paper describes the development and application of configuration software, puts forward a special network monitoring platform of metering pump based on Ethernet and field-bus technology.2. Codes are written on the PC after analysis the data characteristics and the demand analysis of monitoring platform. The software is developed by Java language, using the MVC design pattern and Mina framework, realizes the monitoring computer and field device communication and data exchange, visual display and visualized in a graphical interface, software access, integrated staff management functions.3. Aimed at the minimal energy consumption in the process of running, the mathematical model is established after researching multi pump group cooperate to complete a production task in the platform. The model is solved by using the dynamic programming method.
