| In this paper,according to the actual situation of circle water cooling tower,combined with PLC technology in the product field of application and development,we did research about the circle water cooling tower control system design,transmission signal processing,and combined with advanced control and PLC to achieve the best control for main product target and quality target.The PLC control system used the Siemens Industrial Computer as a PC to realization of monitoring and management of whole process,and used S7-300 PLC as a crew to realization of Data Acquisition and PID control.Even if PChas fault,it doesn't have influence to the crew control system,making PLC system of production control an PC integration of information system put into operation,which has accurate data acquistion,stability .It make main product targe and quality target effectively controlled by advanced control and optimize control,improving the management efficiency,management level,economic efficiency and ensuring the production safety. |
