Nowadays, under the impact of economic globalization, the competition of theinternational market is becoming more and more fiercely. The domestic small andmedium-sized enterprises’ competitive advantage obtained by human capital isnarrowing. In order to adapt to this increasingly fierce international competition,domestic small and medium-sized enterprises must improve their competitiveness bychanging extensive management mode, using a more scientific, efficient means toimprove the management status of the enterprises themselves.Thus, the solution of the problem of domestic small and medium-sizedenterprises in ERP design and application, design a suitable status quo of China’se-commerce and suitable for domestic small and medium-sized enterprise applicationsERP project has become a more urgent need to solve the problem, and also has somepractical significance. Therefore, this article will be based on MVC’s small ERPsystem in small and medium enterprises in the design and implementation.The main contents of this paper include: from ERP system formation anddevelopment, to the characteristics of the ERP system, analyze the demandcharacteristics of the ERP system suitable for China’s small and medium-sizedenterprises. Then this paper expounds the ASP.NET MVC based on MVC based onthe advantages of the WEB application system. Finally, the functional requirementsanalysis and design to meet the application needs of small and medium-sizedenterprises a high-performance, easy to expand, easy to maintain small ERPapplications.The purpose of this paper is based on the theory research and analysis, to find theERP solution to the problem faced by small and medium-sized enterprises; to enhancethe small and medium enterprises’ ERP application ability in the e-commerceenvironment; to promote the enterprise’s integrated efficiency. Through the fasttransferring and shared information of ERP system, to improve the enterprise’sresponse speed of the needs of customers. As the business efficiency be improved, itwill ultimately boost the international market competitiveness of domestic small andmedium-sized enterprise.
