| In January 2014 formally commercial 4G,4G high-speed download technology,for the mobile terminal access to the Internet to realize mobile connectivity application provides the technical support,as well as small and medium-sized enterprise mobile information application with broad space for development.The three major telecom operators in China have become more and more competitive in the whole business operation,especially in the field of application development of SMEs.Therefore,the strategy research of Quanzhou Mobile to assist the information development of small and mediumsized enterprises becomes more important.This article through consulting a large number of enterprise informatization related literature at home and abroad,collected in recent years,national statistical yearbook data,elaborated our country small and medium-sized enterprise informationization development background and the necessity of Quanzhou mobile to assist its development.The paper takes Quanzhou Mobile as the research topic for the informatization development of small and mediumsized enterprises,and carries out the comprehensive information industry and industry market competition environment analysis with the porter's five forces model.This paper discusses the problems existing in the information development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Quanzhou.First,the SMEs themselves.The penetration rate of the core application of SMEs information is low,the difficulty of enterprise funds leads to the lack of willingness to invest,and the small and medium-sized enterprises have little technical complexity.Second,Quanzhou Mobile in the information business promotion.Based on the 4P marketing theory system,it has not invested enough in brand marketing and the product differentiation is not obvious;The business development channel is single,the customer manager team is not able to meet the technical level of the compound talents,and the examination and incentive system is not perfect.Therefore,the author puts forward the corresponding development strategy plan from the aspects of product,channel,price and promotion,aiming at the existing problems,combining with the characteristics and implementation mode of the informatization of small and medium-sized enterprises.Among them,the focus is on the product strategy and channel strategy development of Quanzhou Mobile to assist SMEs in informatization development.Finally,this article is based on group information product promotion,respectively,enumerates the Quanzhou Mobile mainly uses the product strategy,channel strategy plan to help small and medium-sized enterprise information construction on the implementation of successful cases,example the feasibility of the proposed strategy.The research of this paper will be helpful to the marketing and promotion of information products of Quanzhou Mobile group,and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the informatization development of small and medium-sized enterprises. |
