Special vehicles generally have characteristics of strong pertinence, high specialty,complexity and features of mechanization, automation, intelligent. Once the vehicle fails,it will cause huge economic losses, and even casualties. Designing a remote real-timemonitoring system which can display information about operating conditions, identifythe vehicle fault has become particularly important. This paper carried on an in-depthstudy on the real-time remote monitoring system of special vehicle.Firstly, this paper presents a special vehicle remote real-time monitoring systemdesign, and expounded GPRS, CAN bus and other key technologies.Secondly, taking themethod of design and study the hardware separate from software to make the analysisprocess research gradually, orderly on the monitoring terminal and server software. Themain chip for monitoring terminal to analyze the selection and circuit design principle,and gives the analysis of terminal software and server monitoring software designprocess and key codes. Finally, we built a test platform of remote real-time monitoringsystem, and the experimental results are given and analyzed.The experimental results show that this terminal can acquire the CAN bus datatimely and effective, and adding GPS information are sent to the monitor service center.This paper realized the design requirements for real-time vehicle status and locationinformation basically. At the same time, the terminal has the advantages of low cost and acertain practicability and popularization and a little change could make this system to beapplied to other important equipment. |
