In the era of knowledge-based economy,knowledge management research and practice isof great significance for corporate survival and development. For knowledge managementresearch involves technical science, behavioral science, organization theory and managementscience and other fields, innovatively integrating the advantages of various disciplines hasbecome a major trend. Based on the Structural Theory of General Systems and the TotalRelationship Flow Management Theorems, this text comprehensively analyzed and designedthe people flow, the information flow, the capital flow of marketing knowledge managementsystem in company X, and finally supported company X to construct its marketing knowledgemanagement system.After literatures reading, analyzed the status and problems of marketing knowledgemanagement in Company X, then focused on dissecting the system input and output based onthe Structural Theory of General Systems, and concluded that system design lies on the designof the total relationship flow. Then designed the structure of and above the basic level for thepeople flow, the information flow and the capital flow, at the same time, deeply studied theinstitution、the standard and the procedure those ensure system running smoothly. After thewhole designing, present the relationships between flows. At last, use FAHP to build andimplement an evaluation model. The people flow enhances the execution of system throughrevising the structure and improving the institution; the information flow builds effectiveinformation system for knowledge management through integrating the knowledgemanagement process and business process; and the capital flow help optimize the systemthrough incentive system and cost control.Based on deep investigation in Company X, this research combines with theunderstanding of subject knowledge and the study of the Total Relationship Flow ManagementTheorems. Therefore, the improving program of system designed in this research can bettermeet the actual needs of Company X, but also provide a reference for similar enterprises.
