The designing of marketing knowledge management system based on systematic view actually is a kind of designing method of knowledge management solution combining the system science and marketing knowledge management, which provides a idea for the designing of knowledge management solution. The designing method regards the knowledge management solution as a system. The elements of the system are the marketing knowledge, management measure and technical means, in which the element of marketing knowledge forms the marketing knowledge sub-system and is the target of marketing knowledge management; the elements of management and technology make up of the implementsub-system----- marketing knowledge management implement sub-system. The organiccombination of the knowledge sub-system and the implement sub-system forms the marketing knowledge management system in this paper.The above-mentioned idea and method are applied in a practical case , i.e. The marketing KM in JiLin Caijing Company . In this paper, a system analysis is firstly made tothe target of marketing knowledge management-----the marketing knowledge sub-system,including the analyses of the elements, structures, functions and environment of the system utilizing the idea and method of systems engineering. And then, on this basis, from the interaction point of view of the implement sub-system and the object sub-system, the designing of the marketing knowledge management system is completed, including the elements designing, structures designing and functions designing, thus the designing of marketing knowledge management solution of this company is successfully finished.Because the idea and method of systems engineering are applied in the designing of the project, and the particularity of the knowledge and the complexity of the knowledge management are sufficiently considered, the designed solution owns the features of systematic and specific which meets the practical needs of the company successfully.
