Research On The Real Estate Reporting Framework Of People's Daily (1998-2018)

Since the reform and opening up,China's real estate construction has made remarkable achievements.In 1998,the implementation of the housing market reform in the country greatly promoted the development of the real estate market,and the real estate industry became one of the core industries of the national economy.However,behind the high efficiency,problems such as high housing prices,chaotic housing rents,illegal operation of real estate intermediaries,and quality of affordable housing have gradually entered the public eye.The core of this paper is the real estate reporting framework of People's Daily.Based on the framework theory,using content analysis and text analysis,the contents,characteristics and influencing factors of the People's Daily's real estate report from 1998 to 2018 will be analyzed.First of all,this paper refines the characteristics of the real estate reporting framework of People's Daily,and assigns it to the people's livelihood problem under the influence of the government's official ideology.Secondly,based on the change of discourse power,the People's Daily will be reformed after the real estate market reform in 1998.The real estate report is divided into four stages,namely,the dominant stage of political discourse,the rise of economic discourse,the gradual strengthening of people's livelihood,and the coexistence of plural discourse.The characteristics,methods,changes and causes of each stage are analyzed.Finally,combined with the internal media The external factors of the society systematically analyze the influencing factors of the framework of the People's Daily at different stages,such as national policy guidance and media production practices.This paper believes that the People's Daily's real estate report needs to further strengthen supervision reports,especially the misconduct of the real estate market,paying attention to the balance of reporting,giving more multi-sources a discourse space,strictly distinguishing soft texts and messages,and playing the mass media.As a positive role of social instruments.The audience also needs to improve media literacy,cultivate a rational consumption concept,actively participate in social public affairs.
