Equalization Method Research And Application Oriented To Parts Supply For Final Assembly Line

With the development of market demand, manufacturing model of enterprises isturning into multi-specification and small-batch production from mass customization.This change brings a lot of opportunities and challenges. To keep continuousdevelopment, the enterprises must innovate. Faced with these problems,manufacturers need the support of the production technology and productionoperations management technology. In order to assist the enterprises to meet the newsituation of the opportunities and challenges, this paper focuses on the technology ofproduction and operations management.Lay the theoretical foundation of this writing through the study of literature.Atfirst, the paper introduces the three most common way of production operationmanagement, MRP, TOC and TPS, at the same time compares and analyzes them.Then considering the superiority of TPS in many kinds of small batch production, thepaper focuses on the implement steps of TPS. Finally, mainly study the firstimplement step——balanced production. The balanced production research is dividedinto two parts. The first parts is the algorithm theory research. This paper introducestwo kinds of equalization algorithm, equalization method of quantity and equalizationmethod of variety&quantity, a detailed study of the two algorithm model, algorithmlogic and algorithm method. The second part is the algorithm of the applicationresearch. In this part, two kinds of algorithm is applied to actual cases. According tothe actual problems, analyze the algorithms.
