The Research And Build On Production Management System Of Projected Manufacturing Compony

The projected manufacturing company is a special group of manufacturingcompanies, it is the enterprise that designed and manufactured all according to therequirements of customers to meet their requirements. The projects involved by theprojected manufacturing companies have long production cycle, involves too manylinks, involves large amount of external and internal interactive information, sofast and efficient information support is essential in production. Therefore, installedthe production of management information system for project manufacturingcompany is imperative. Considering that formed management information system isnot necessarily suitable for all enterprises’ needs, and the software developmentexist high risk,needs long time and other factors, this article uses Microsoft Project,and be custom-designed on the basis of the original function.In this article I make equipment manufacturing center as the research objectand do individual design on production management information system based onthe MS Project. Through the analysis of enterprise business processes, thefunctional requirements of the system role is determined, the system designplatform is deployed, this system adopted the three-layer structure model ofBrowser/Server. Through the designing on the system permissions model and userview in the user interface layer, implement the system security management, makethe authority and responsibility of the system clearly, the customers’ specificbusiness needs are met. Through the designing on SharePoint documentmanagement capabilities in the business logic layer, the specific documentmanagement process of Equipment Manufacturing Center was implemented;Through customizing the three-state workflow, three key processes of the projectmanagement process is automated, including document approval, changemanagement and risk management. Through the second design of the originalfunctions of the software, the inventory management function is implemented. Aftercompletion of the system design, using the project of Equipment ManufacturingCenter to simulated application in the system, in order to verify the system’sadvanced and availability.This custom-designed way based on the Microsoft Project has the advantage oftargeted, development cycle is short, inexpensive, and good maintainability.
