Since the birth of photography, record the important events happened in the world honestlyhas been the most task of the photography. With record the development history of the country，it also assume the mission of remoulding the thinking and the society. The “Ta Kung Pao” whichstart publication in1902, was the most longest-lived and greatest impact newspaper in theHistory of Chinese Journalism. In the period Xinji “Ta Kung Pao” developed rapidly,and it alsoobtained remarkable achievements.
