With the severe increasing of urban population density and the number of privatecar, the traditional parking management technology is far from enough for City TrafficManagement, and then many advanced technologies in the fields of intelligent transportand automation should be introduced for the improvement of automation andintelligence. For this target, an intelligence park management system based on RFIDtechnology was presented in this subject.This subject firstly analyzed the functions and features of the intelligence parkmanagement system and finished the designs of RFID key module. To solve thetag-collision problem, a self-adapting binary search algorithm of backtracking waspresented based on deep studying of RFID anti-collision algorithm and detailed analysisof the binary search algorithm. And the self-adapting binary search algorithm ofbacktracking has high identification speed which account of the combination feature ofimproved Dynamic Binary with back-rule.Secondly, this paper designed an automatic vehicle parking guidance systemmodule based on Genetic Algorithm to selects an optimal path and provides effectualguidance to the clients. In this system, the short path will be searched by with the graphtheory and the Genetic Algorithm, and the information will be displayed with theelectronic screen to guides the client to the parking space. And with the automatic vehicle parking guidance system, the standard of the management system was raised.Finally, conclude the main work of this subject, and then make a prospect for thefurther studies.
