With the continuous development of China's economy,the vehicle numbers has jumped rapidly,and our urban traffic has been suffering from severe challenges and pressures day by day."Parking Difficulty" becomes one of the burning issues in large and medium cities.Therefore,each city has built a lot of large parking lots,which have a huge number of parking spaces,large occupied area and complex layouts.If a driver cannot find out the distribution of free parking spaces clearly when he drive in a parking lot,it would be a waste of time for him and would influence the parking efficiency of the whole parking lot.Especially during the rush hours of the traffic flow,this kind of problems will have a huge impact on the traffic near the parking lot.In view of the traditional parking lots 'regulatory systems are only paying attention to charging,they always lack of effective parking guidance system and sharing system of each parking information data.This paper designs and implements a set of intelligent parking management system which can be applied to the whole city,and the work is carried out as follows:(1)The development of the domestic and foreign car park management system as well as the current parking management is analyzed.Plus,the existing cloud computing services are analyzed,and the use of cloud platform deployment of urban intelligent parking management system will be an excellent way to reduce the cost of deployment and maximize the utilization efficiency use of network resources.Based on the discussion of the parking detection technology combined with the reality situation in the daily life and intelligent system,it could be concluded that video detection technology should be applied on the intelligent parking management system.(2)The algorithm of parking guidance module is studied in the paper.By comparing the Dijkstra algorithm,the problem of shortest path searching based on genetic algorithm applied to the parking lot will cause the The most ideal effect.The genetic algorithm is studied deeply,it provides the algorithm basis for the guide module in the parking lot.(3)The System uses SpringMVC + Spring + Mybatis(SSM)framework combined with mobile Internet technology,and the enterprise class database Oracle are applied in the database,in this case,the efficient and stable operation of the system will provide the basis of software technology and architecture design.(4)Each module of the system is designed in great detail,and through the realization and correlation of each module,the intelligent parking management system will become a complete system.This paper is aimed to integrate all the scattered parking information in a platform for the better management.The relevant parking information will be provided to the driver's mobile terminal application.Using smart phone mobile client application to call the map provider map information for the driver 's outdoor navigation.After entering into the parking lot,the driver can be guided by the system through the parking lot to find the most convenient parking spaces for parking.Urban intelligent parking management system through the application of verification,the system is stable and effective,will ease the problem of urban parking is very helpful.
