Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Parking Management System Based On RFID

In recent years, with further development of the city, living standards continue to improve, and the number of cars is continuing to increase, which leads to heavy urban traffic congestion, parking difficulties and other problems. Because of the serious lack of coordination between the number of vehicle and the parking spaces, it is important to make modern parking construction and management more reasonable and humane. Traditional management mode manages the parking lot manually, so it is not only inefficient, complex, but also self-limiting, which make it unable to meet the actual demand. Therefore, how to improve intelligent and automation of the parking management system has become a priority in the parking lot construction.Using RFID card as a media of the management system, this paper discusses and studies the intelligent parking management system. Firstly, the demand of the intelligent parking system is sorted out and analyzed, the operating procedures are optimized according to differences between fixed users and casual users, and the overall design of the parking management system is proposed. RFID can write and access at a high speed, so it can deal with a number of labels at one time, and it can achieve the information transfer without contact. Besides, the data of these tags is protected by relative access password for further security.Secondly, this paper studies the application of RFID in the intelligent parking management system, and works out the design program of RFID data communication. In terms of casual users, based on the parking detection system, this paper utilizes the Dijkstra algorithm in parking guidance module to design the optimal guidance system for the owners to provide effective guidelines. With the aid of path status lights, car owners can quickly found parked position for vehicles.Finally, the intelligent parking management system, which applies for the C # language and SQL Server database technology, can achieve parking and accounting management, statistical analysis, parking guidance and other functions for different users.Taking a residential property for the pilot, on the basis of the sound hardware equipment, this paper verifies the rationality of the intelligent parking management system through building intelligent management system required by the operating environment, combined with the actual situation. This parking system can effectively solve problems of safety and efficiency in the traditional parking of farm management systems. Therefore it continues to improve the whole economy, safety and efficiency, and truly realize dynamic, scientific and standardized vehicles parking system management.
