Research On Management Information System For Coal Sales Of Dajing Based On Web

With the rapid development of the computer and communication technology, information level has become an important indicator to measure the enterprise’overall strength in new economic era. Establishment of modern enterprise management information system has become an important task which the enterprises face. In this paper, Da-Jing coal sales management information system is as the research object. Based on analyzing detailedly the enterprise’s existing sales system and regarding to the problem of the information isolated island, information transmission non-fluency, poor real-time information update during the process of coal sales, it puts forward the architecture of the coal sale management information system which is conducive to long-term development of the coal enterprise—three-level B/S structure. At the same time, we conduct the research and development of the system according to the architecture.First of all, this paper discusses in detail then objectives of system development, functional form, design principles, development environment and development mode. Then, it focuses on the analysis and design in detail of the system’s main function modules (including market information module, sale plan module, customer relationship management module, sale contract management module, distribution scheduling module, system management module etc.), database and security control etc. Finally, based on the actual application requirements, it uses SQL Server2000as a database management system and combines with ASP.NET technology to realize Da-Jing coal sales management information system based on Web. Duing to responding speed fast and scalability strong, this system can meet the needs of users, standardize the management of sale operation and laid the technical foundation for the coal sales automation and scientific.
