At present, the use and control of Shanxi Province coal sales tickets has been developed into a complete management system, but in Heilongjiang Province they the sales tickets are still issued manually. With the rapid development of IT and communication technology, the electronic and web tickets for coal sales in HLJ will be popularized. Issuing sales tickets manually is arduous and complicated and thus work efficiency is low, even hard to correct errors with chance for illegal behavior.With the several problems in the coal sales tickets of Heilongjiang Province and my further investigation, in this thesis I try to solve the existing several problems by use of software engineering technology, databank technique, object-oriented technology and embedment technology. This thesis details the overall design of coal sales invoice and receipts control system and the individual function of subsystem. The key contents are stated below:Firstly, study the business flow charts of coal mining enterprises in detail, involving the provincial sales tickets control center, local authorities and coal production enterprises, analyze the client demands and organization so to determine the key functional modules of the system: Module of tickets book, Module of tickets issuing quantity, module of collection inspection and module of issuing proof and certificates.Secondly, optimize Microsoft SQL Server 2000 data control system which is a powerful tool to handle and retrieve the plenty data of this system.Thirdly, with focus on the basic requirement and feature of the sales ticket control system, put forward the systematic structure based on B/S application program to discuss the configuration and performance of the Coal Sales Tickets Control System.This thesis details the design of the Coal Sales Tickets Control System. This system is a platform consisting of relatively dependent subsystems, optimizing electronic tickets flow chart, reducing manual work, enhancing office work efficiency and assuring work quality. this system is client-oriented with visual flow chart design for client convenience, reducing errors greatly to quicken the reimbursement and analysis rate, providing effective decision-making basis for the top management.
