Design And Improvement In Coal Production And Sales Information Management System

In "National informatization development strategy in 2006-2020", national put forward that promote industrialization development strategy by informationization.In the rapid development of information age, the enterprise information management has become an urgent matter. When manage multiple enterprises, will accompanied by a large amount of data accumulation and high access of service response.Could traditional coal enterprise transform to informatization from the Internet has become the basis of enterprise to survive and adapt to the market.This paper based on the multiple coal city in shandong province coal authority and local enterprises, designed and completed a type of comprehensive information management system.This system contains the Web management platform and mobile management platform.Firstly, this paper analyzes functional requirements and service performance requirement of the current business to determine the system structure and technical structure. Secondly, designed data storage program that based on the mines distributed, and then designed mines distributed database and center database. The Web management platform designed by full-stack,that choose ASP.NET and PHP as the back-end language,and choose HTML5 as front-end language. Designed and implemented the function of enterprise management operations, query and reports business base on production and sales system, real-time monitoring management and file storage. Mobile platform designed by Android to achieve the basic query and report business,and using cloud messaging for warning system.After that,This paper improved and optimizated the original system, including database and Web perform optimization, mobile platform hybrid improvement, server improvement by building private cloud based on Openstack and improved the system more security.Finally, summarized this paper,found research problems and the next research work.This paper used a lot of information technology to design the coal production and sales system with high-performance and multi-platform. The paper not only achieved the basis of business management, solved the technical problems during the current study, but also embodied the characteristics in this paper, and this research on related area has lots of reference and practical value.
