Corporate material information has become a labor, land, capital, after another resource. Who controls the information more, who use information resources, the higher the efficiency, who will be in all aspects of competition in the place, who will have more advantages.With the rapid economic development, global car ownership increased rapidly, and the emergence of a global oil crisis and the serious air pollution. These two countries, especially in industrial countries attach great importance to. United States, Australia, Germany, Russia and other countries have a long-term development planning and policies and regulations developed for natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas vehicles, and research institutions in the1980s began a comprehensive, systematic research and application of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas car. Which compressed natural gas (Compressed Natural Gas, has been the use of a wide range referred to as CNG) fueled vehicles. Compared to CNG vehicles also known as environmentally friendly cars, the use of CNG as fuel with the use of gasoline, carbon monoxide decreased by97%,72%reduction in hydrocarbons, sulfur dioxide decreased by90%,40%noise reduction, leading to human respiratory benzene, lead dust is reduced by up to100%CNG is a truly clean fuel. The single-mileage gas30percent lower than the average cost of fuel, CNG won the favor of the taxi industry and transport.For a modern CNG filling stations,a complete production and materials management system is necessary, in each site, sub-unit daily production management process, involving the production and materials management issues, such as equipment spare parts. In order to solve the effective management and control of equipment, spare parts, it is necessary to establish specialized production and materials management subsystem. Production and materials management subsystem mainly deployed in the sub-units database, the sub-station, mother station network access system management functions.Implementation of material management subsystem will ensure the normal operation of production activities, reduce Pancun footprint, lower material costs, accelerate cash flow; realize the batch, cargo management and tracking spare parts from procurement to use the process of quality information functions.In this thesis, the status quo of enterprise materials information management in the natural gas filling stations, in order to solve the basic problems of corporate materials information management. The main contents are:1、Elaborate filling stations facing materials management;2、Related technologies used by the system described;3、The analysis of business processes to accomplish the system architecture design;4、Verification system, complete system design.
