With the continuous development and progress of society,the market competition of the large enterprise becomes more and more fierce.There are more new problems and challenges in materials management because of expansion of capacity of the enterprise warehouse and type of the materials.On the other hand,the standard of materials management improve continually: the problem of multi-warehouse,the complexity of inventory the diversification of picking rules the problem of multi-platform,the efficiency of exception handing,the remote access control for warehouse and so on.The offline warehouse management technology suffered a bottleneck.Some small-scale online warehouse management technology also cannot solve the problems.So the enterprise materials management must be informational and process oriented in order to make the enterprise more efficient.In the fields of information management and computer application,workflow is more popular technology of process management instantly.It can help the enterprise realize some task goal,and finish the task automatically and transfer document between some roles according to designed rules by information management.Through work breakdown and task modularization,the work of enterprise will execute and be real time monitoring according to some designed rules in order to improve work efficiency.So the system of enterprise materials management will be more normalized and process oriented by workflow.In this paper,workflow will be introduced into a vehicle production management and control system(VPMCS),and we propose the efficient and normalized routing management system.In this paper,firstly,there is an overview of the system and the overall framework and requirement of the system will be introduced.And then,there are detailed instructions of workflow and the modeling method of the materials management system.Further,using object oriented approach(OOA),we do the demand analysis to divided the system into six child modules: system management,purchase requisition management,purchase management,inventory management,information management and picking warehouse management.On the other hand,there is use case analysis about workflow in the system.At last,we test the correctness of the behavior and the return value of these six child modules,meanwhile,we propose workflow engine,which make workflow become a part of this system to provide roles,division,information transfer and so on,at last,we analyze the implementation of the management,and described implementation workflow engine management,mainly task execution and lifecycle of task and so on.The results show that the function of the system is correct,the exception handling of the six sub modules is completed.There are reminders for any error and the interactivity of the system is well,and using workflow makes the enterprise materials management more efficient.In the system,each part can submit task and unified rollback automatically,and reduce the error rate and workload of operators.
