With the deepening of ShouGang mining's SAP system application,manager find that the SAP system can not meet the needs of material management in the factory,such as storage monitoring and recovery monitoring,etc.Therefore,the development demand of the new system is put forward.The Field Auxiliary Material Management System has reengineered the production site reserves management process by referring to the SAP system management ideas,obtained master data characteristics and material support for sending and receiving data from the SAP system,to achieve auxiliary materials management of the level of the factory,and expand the application on the SAP system,make up the ShouGang mining existing SAP system management process deficiencies.In the thesis,aiming at the shortcomings of SAP system management,it has designed the Field Auxiliary Material Management System.Comparing with the original ShouGang Mining's management mode,the main purpose of this system is to help the material management department to extend the range of the ShouGang Mining SAP system management,and achieve production plant auxiliary materials management,make up the blank in this aspect of management.In order to design and realize the system,the thesis introduces the technology which the system may be applied,and analyzes the business requirements of the system.The thesis distinguishes the data of the system,analyzes the main function and use case of the system,and draws the charts.At the same time,it also analyzes the feasibility and security.Based on the ASP.NET and SQL Server 2005 technology,presents the design of the system architecture,function module.Completes the process design and database design,and draws the flow chart and database structure chart.Finally,presents the realization of the main function module,Master Data acquisition and maintenance module,SAP system document download module,material management module,material recovery management module function,and has a test for the function of key modules.At present,the Field Auxiliary Material Management System has realized the on-line operation,and maked progress in the performance of the material management.It is proved that the system can achieve the goal of system development,realize the upgrading of materials management,achieve the expansion of SAP system application.
