Teacher professionalization is the important trend of teacher education in the 21 st century. As the core and the key of the school knowledge management, the situation of knowledge sharing has important significance to teachers' professional growth.As part of the teachers, preschool teachers are the soul of children initial initiator, the literacy of preschool teachers themselves directly relates to young children's education quality, attentting and improving preschool teachers'knowledge sharing behavior is the important way to promote teachers' professional development.The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of interpersonal trust and knowledge sharing of preschool teachers in the process of knowledge management of kindergarten. Research involves three main questions.The first question is whether there is significant difference in the demographic variables of preschool teachers' interpersonal trust and knowledge sharing behavior.The second question is whether interpersonal trust has positive effect to preschool teachers' knowledge sharing willingness and motivation. The third question is whether knowledge sharing motivation play regulatory role between preschool teachers' interpersonal trust and knowledge sharing willingness. On this basis, this paper selects 215 preschool teachers in Chongqing as the research object, putting forward 3 research hypotheses after literature review, using the questionnaire of the relationship of preschool teachers'interpersonal trust and knowledge sharing as research tool, through the statistical tool SPSS 16.0 to analyze data. The conclusion is summed up as follow:1.The difference analysis about demographic variables of preschool teachers' interpersonal trust and knowledge sharing behavior. The study found that there isn't significant differences of emotional trust and collaborative spirit of preschool teachers of different age,but cognitive trust, sharing quality and movement performance have significant difference. Preschool teachers of different cultural degree only have significant differences in movement performance.There isn't significant differences of interpersonal trust and sharing quality of preschool teachers of different school age,but collaborative spirit and movement performance have significant difference. The interpersonal trust of preschool teachers of different kindergarten properties hasn't significant difference,but knowledge sharing behavior has significant difference.2. The difference analysis about interpersonal trust has positive effect to sharing willingness and motivation. The study found that preschool teachers'emotional trust has positive effect to sharing willingness and motivation,but cognitive trust hasn't directly effect.3.The difference analysis about knowledge sharing motivation play regulatory role between interpersonal trust and knowledge sharing willingness. The study found that both altruism and mutual motivation play negative regulatory role between emotional trust and knowledge sharing willingness,but haven't influence between cognitive trust and knowledge sharing willingness. Reputation pursue motivation plays positive regulatory role between cognitive trust and knowledge sharing willingness,but has negative effect between emotional trust and knowledge sharing willingness.
