| The countryside junior middle school chemistry teachers’ education teaching research thepresent situation of the consciousness and ability level, what are the problems, this researchused a questionnaire to the countryside junior middle school chemistry teachers’ teaching andresearch status were analyzed, and the purpose is to through the survey found that the problemand the status quo of the study improvement strategy together for everybody.The countrysidejunior middle school chemistry teachers’ research consciousness and research ability, willpromote the rural basic education teachers team construction, promote the development ofelementary education reform.The author first through the study of literature to the related education teaching researchand summarized the research progress of classification, summed up the education teachingresearch divided into five steps: problem determination, literature, collect data and analyze,the implementation of strategy and plan, summarizes the conclusions.The literature of therelevant domestic education research can be divided into four aspects: the college teachers’education teaching research, the pre-service teachers (normal) education teaching research,primary and secondary school teachers’ education teaching research and interdisciplinaryteachers’ education teaching research.Draw a subject teacher education research is a weakness,especially chemistry discipline teaching research, thus put forward the subject of this study:the countryside junior middle school chemistry teachers’ teaching research consciousness andability of research.The research method of this study mainly USES the literature research, questionnaireinvestigation, interview investigation method and comparison method.The research process of this study is aimed at the countryside junior middle schoolchemistry teachers’ research consciousness and research ability questionnaire compiled,distribute and recycling questionnaire survey and data statistics, the analysis of the currentrural and urban junior high school chemistry teachers’ teaching research consciousness andresearch ability, comparing the status quo and analysis of rural and urban teachers fromdifferent and the existing problems in teaching research, also put forward some simpleSuggestions and improvement strategy. Through the above study of the research conclusion and reflection: the countryside juniormiddle school chemistry teachers’ teaching research consciousness is weak, generally not asgood as city middle school chemistry teacher.The countryside junior middle school chemistryteachers’ teaching ability on the five aspects namely the ability to ask questions of ruralteachers mainly teaching difficult questions and specific education scene, urban teachers askquestions more;Ability to collect and organize data of rural teachers are not good at recordfound the problem at any time, they are not good at himself ready to use the data to identifyits authenticity and strong than urban teachers;Ability to design research plan, implement theresearch plan and the ability of writing essays and urban teachers have very big difference.In view of the situation of the countryside junior middle school chemistry teachers’teaching research, researchers of teaching ideology and teaching research ability two aspectsshallow Suggestions, hope that interested researchers can continue to improve the strategy forresearch. |
