Our country as a rural population of more than 80%of the country,the rural basic education quality to a great extent,determines the level of basic education,especially rural junior high school education,for junior high school education in the whole education process plays a essential role.And Chinese subject occupies very important position in the junior middle school education.In recent years,with the change of social environment and life,people's ideas are changing,including the language teacher,students and parents.The language teacher also as one of the main body of education under the influence of unfavorable factors in these changes,these factors have led the shangcheng county rural junior middle school language teacher is not satisfied with the status quo.We discusses the starting from the factors of affecting the situation,find out the countermeasures to solve the problem of the present situation of the countryside junior middle school language teacher,to enhance the level of the Chinese education there provide reference opinions.The author through to the shangcheng county rural junior high school of eight schools carry on the investigation and interview to language teachers and students,understanding the status quo of the countryside junior middle school language teacher,at the same time,the problem that exists in the countryside junior middle school language teacher provides some countermeasures and Suggestions.This paper is divided into three parts,of which the first chapter is introduction,including the reason of selected topic,the significance of the study,the present situation of the research,the research methods.The second chapter mainly through teachers questionnaire,interview and student interview three forms investigated the shangcheng county rural junior middle school language teacher team composition;Teacher's teaching situation;Teachers' psychological condition;Other information teachers four aspects,in order to understand the status quo of shangcheng county countryside junior middle school language teacher,that found in the teachers work,life and mental problems,puts forward the countenneasures to solve the problem.The third chapter is mainly aiming at the problems in shangcheng county countryside junior middle school language teacher put forward some countenneasures.These countermeasures include:First of all,teachers including changing ideas,right in the face of the new curriculum reform;Set up the concept of autonomous learning,enhance the capacity of Chinese language teaching;Correctly handling the problems of the teaching;Relieve their stress,improve the enthusiasm of working life,etc.Second,schools including establish and perfect the incentive mechanism of the language teacher;Reasonable arrangement of language lesson teaching affairs:to improve school management,improve teachers' interpersonal interaction in three aspects.Again,the national social aspects including increasing propaganda,encourage men to enter oneself for an examination the language education professional;Governments at all levels must ensure that the standardization of construction teachers school;Support and guarantee for the countryside junior middle school language teacher follow-up team of high quality supplements;Carry forward the tradition,respect from strengthen ethics strengthen construction five aspects.
