The network education carries out in1980s, because of its incomparable technical advantages and theoretical advantages relative to traditional classroom education, is pursued by Governments, scholars and experts, and is considered as the main way of education reform. Whether the United States information freeway plans or China’s Rural Distance program, can be seen the2attention degree of network education. However, this agitation which has been going on for30years, is still often-criticized, has not got the expected results. Experts of various countries in the world made a lot of improvement. In response, many scholars put forward a lot of method to improve network teaching, and obtain a lot of research results. Investigating to the running status in the domestic, we find that there are many problems. In response to these, from the deep learning interactive perspectives, we consider the method how to promote students’ deep learning interaction.The first section provides a brief definition of the Virtual Learning Community and deep academic interaction; the second, it makes a conduct research on some colleges and universities through social network analysis method, interview method and empirical research method, so as to exploring the factors of influencing deep learning interaction factors, the third part puts forward the construction strategy which is supported by the results of experience and insufficiencies in the second part, analysis and designs the deep academic interaction process, finally, in view of the problems found in the investigation, this paper puts forward some deep academic interaction process model, and from the view of organization construction, system construction and cultural construction, discusses how to promote deep academic interaction of virtual learning community, in order to promote students’ learning effects.Finally, the article puts forward some empirical test scheme for subsequent research.
