With the development of information technology, more and more diverse has been appeared of knowledge and emotions between people, making the establishment of a variety of social networks on the Internet is possible, such as thematic networks, education networks. Coursera platform provides massive open online courses as a new education information to achieve the education sector is being widely concerned. Its own virtual, learning, community has made it become a new web-based learning organization, and more and more people share knowledge dissemination by this platform. On this platform, members of the network establish a personal relationship through a network connection, thus it formed the basis for the interaction of the learners.This paper is mainly based on research status both domestic and foreign for knowledge construction, see members of this courses as a whole, to simplify the exchange and dissemination of information among members of a relational network. Since the direction is the effect of knowledge construction between interactive virtual learning community members, the author means of classroom behavior analysis technology-Flanders interaction analysis coding system used to record and analyze the classroom teacher-student interaction and language influence; In the asynchronous interactions, we use the social network analysis methods and theory, then quantitative research methods were used to measure the overall structure of the network from the network density and the distance between the two areas; subgroup analysis from the cohesion and core-periphery structure analysis of network internal substructure simplify complex networks. While using content analysis method, the quality and depth of community interaction networks have been studied, and finally we studied the with correlation between interaction and knowledge construction.The results show that the density of the learning network is smaller, the network structure is more loose, and there are a lot of isolated nodes and edges of the charac-ters, also there are two distinct core points. There are a lot of factions Community Network and the overlap is high between of the factions, but the gregarious degree is lower; because of the lack of depth,interaction among community members isn’t at a high level. Secondly, in the field of cognitive view, most of the post knowledge construction level stays in the first three stages, learners should make efforts to post-ing some knowledge construction in higher level; In the field of emotion, learners more pay attention to the emotional communication between each other, that build-ing a more harmonious study atmosphere. Finally, theirs knowledge construction level is significantly related to the degree of interaction between members of, the higher point in the center, the higher level knowledge construction.
