Building Of Virtual Learning Community Group Knowledge

Since the20th century, great achievements have been made in the developments of computertechnology and communication technology. With the development of Internet technology andStudy Community’s integration with it, virtual study community has gradually been establishedand developed on the internet. Virtual study community made innovation in the education ideaand teaching form, which are more suitable under the background of internet era. In the virtualstudy community, the learners can get the necessary resouces more effeciently in a learningorganization based on computer technology, inside which learners can help each other.This article introduces the development of virtual study community in and abroad, withanalysis of the characteristics and technic supports of different virtual study community, todiscover the essential of virtual study community knowledge construction. In the analysis of theresearch datas and construction experiences of domestic and abroad virual study community,reseach the theoretical method and practice process of group knowledge construction, so as toput forward the conceptional discription of group knowledge construction. The research point ofthis article is how to promote the communication and discussion between more members ofvirtual study community, to promote the group knowledge construction of the members, in orderto realize the purpose of learning. This article researched factors influenced the construction ofgroup knowledge through questionnaire survey. And made qualitative analysis to these factorsspecificly to learn the effect of these factors on virtual study community.The main research methods of this article are document analysis and content analysis.Through the analysis of related concept, organization of knowledge construction theory, with thehelp of the analysis of personal knowledge and assistant knowledge construction, to learn theconstrution process of group knowledge in virtual study community. Through questionnairesurvey on factors affect the group knowledge construction, virtual study community’s groupknowledge construction mode is proved to be a very effective study organization form.
