Virtual Learning Community is the product of education in the information age,the open resources, interactive and autonomic learning makes the application of the VLE becomes more widespread.However,all applications are aimed at learning, are designed to promote the learner's knowledge construction.But the research results of the study are not satisfactory, existing a wide variety of problem, the root of all this is that no in-depth interaction.Based on extensive information, firstly the study explained the concept Virtual Learning Communities, teaching interaction, as well as knowledge construction, and advised the design theory, principles and the five-stage model of teaching interaction in the Virtual Learning Community. In order to test whether the design is reasonable, the study selected 2009"educational technology topics" moodle courses of educational college in HeBei University,designed the major curriculum and teaching practice,after learning use the questionnaire as well as a forum to reflect the level of knowledge construction, results showed that the majority of learners are satisfied with the interanction design, and their level of knowledge construction have a more profound level of development.
