Action To Promote Research Energizing Achieve Social Integration Of People With Disabilities

Disability phenomenon is the inevitable cost of development of human society.Due to certain aspects of the physical and mental development incomplete, the disabled is extremely disadvantageous position in the society, we should deeply understand disabled people special of the needs and difficulties and help them participate in life equally and integrate into society.The disabled social work is different from general service, but social workers use social work theories and methods to help the disabled to compensate the defects, to overcome various environmental barriers, return to the professional activities of social life. With the understanding of human society for disability by indifference to the humanitarian idiotype disability concept shift to community-based disability concept for persons with disabilities,it also calls for people with disabilities must adopt people-oriented, promote social work development, accelerate the elimination of obstacles to people with disabilities to fully participate in social life and the development of the obstacle, and promote current people with disabilities in the community and participation in the development of fusion is mainstream in the development of today’s community rehabilitation. Mainly for a warm home community of Beijing disabled persons with social work action research method to study the method of social integration. Action research is combined action and research, pay attention to individual and provide outstanding social work focusing, can overcome the lack of other studies of theory and practice.The third part is the focus of this article, the paper introduces the detailed process to promote social integration for the disabled, starting from the perspective of social work, elaborated in the process how to play the role of social workers, and play at the community level resource integration, through participatory action research work mode, combined with social work of the three methods:case work, group work and community work, in-depth discussion to promote city in a warm home for the disabled community rehabilitation and social integration.The fourth part is mainly about the project evaluation and reflection and a summary of full text, including the research conclusion, the results of the application, and prospect. This action research spread range relatively small,but it can be seen that the social organization and social workers in the disabled social integration plays an important role in the process, but overall, China’s social integration for the disabled has a long way, still need government, society and each member’s participation and efforts.Through the action research of carding and reflection, in the process of social integration for the disabled, social workers can mobilize social forces, the use of the power of professional, greatly promote the development of the process. However, just as the Beijing disabled persons’ federation association secretary general has said, disability rights guarantee problem is the ideological basis of the society will form a social model of disability disability perception and attitudes; Implementation path is disabled individuals and groups with social inclusion policy framework and its degree of fusion; The ultimate goal is to equal opportunities for the disabled, everyone to share social development achievements.
