Objective:The Cenozoic Employees mainly refer to employees born after1980s. Nowadays, the Cenozoic employees has become the main force of the medical field, they have injected fresh blood into medical unit. They embrace new values and new ideas, so that it will bring wider significance to research this population. This study focus on an upper third-class hospital and find out some factors that maybe affect the Cenozoic employees’ enthusiasm in four areas include personal conditions, work environment, physical environment and social environment, and finally seek the different weight of factors having an impact on motivation. Ultimately the study provided reference for the Cenozoic employees’career planning and told hospital how to motivate the Cenozoic employees to provide better health service.Methods:This study surveyed at least100employees who are after80s from an upper third-class hospital, got and analyzed the factors affect the Cenozoic employees’ initiatives. Many statistical methods were used in this study, for example, literature analysis, questionnaire analysis and descriptive analysis. Different weight of factors having an impact on motivation have been researched, and finally got the conclusion by analyzing the questionnaire’ result with the SPSS statistical software.Results:1. This study mainly researched four areas include:the Cenozoic Employee’s personal conditions, work environment, physical environment and social environment. Principle component analysis was used to extracted common factors from63items, their rate of variance cumulative contribution is80.946%, which indicated that the former21factors can perfectly summed up the meaning of63items.2. It can be found that the Cenozoic employees generally have a longer time for work and have to work harder based on the analysis of questionnaire; Both medical error and patients complain are most stressful factors for the Cenozoic employees; A few of employees believe that the compensation they received was not consistent with their level of skill; It was because the medical environment isn’t stable that the Cenozoic employees feel worried, at the same time, it can indicate that some risks for the inherition of medical in our country.Conclusion:1. The Cenozoic Employees generally were well educated, however, they have less experience and lower titles, so that they have little salary. 2. The Cenozoic Employees have morer work time and heavier stress from physical and mental, some of them generally think that there are more professional risks at the current medical environment. Medical errors and patient complaints are the most worried about in their medical practice, which is due to lack of experience on the one hand, on the other hand there is a close relationship with the current social environment.3. Most of the Cenozoic employees can recognize the relationship between salary and pay out, and they believe that their reward is corresponding to their working hours and skill level. However, some of the Cenozoic employees lack the education about probity, they can not completely comply with the rules, and we need pay more attention on this phenomenon.4. The main reason why the Cenozoic employees left their job is incomes and other benefits, the amount and intensity of work, the risks of the profession. While more than half of the employees said that they will not choose this profession again, which indicated that the risk of lacking talent person in the future. For half of the employees believe that the theoretical level is the most important, such a situation requires us to examine the existing title appointment procedures, methods and contents.5. The phenomenon that the employees’ rights were violated by the patients and their families was widespread, which we have to pay more attention. Only ensuring their rights are not be violated, can the medical staff give better services for patients.6. There is a half of the Cenozoic employees believe that the talent construction and the talent reserve are not perfect, which indicated that their development can not be satisfied, so that we need strengthen the capacity of the Cenozoic employees.7. Almost all the employees were discontent and worried about the medical environment; therefore, on the one hand we would like to appeal to the society for treatment of the doctor-patient relationship, on the other hand we also strengthen the ideological education for the Cenozoic employees.Suggestion:1. Providing various forms of psychological counseling, and encouraging employees to keep up their spirits.2. Designing scientific and rational work processes and improving the pay system and incentive mechanism3. Implementing humanized management and dredging relationship4. Focusing on employee’s lives and helping to plan their career.
