J hospital of Nanchang city was under an unprecedented threat since a new round of medical reform has been launched in 2009.First,this medical reform will be readjusting the medical service prices by a big margin.Due to the J hospital operating structure,accounted for most of patients at internal medicine and more than 50% medical income from the drug income,this medical reform definitly resulted in a big compressed profit space and the limited development of hospital.Second,with the establishment of hierarchical medical system,medical association has become a main mode by the State Council,which benefit for fine medical resource sinking into primary medical organizations.At the same time,the policy put forward to keep more than 90 percent of the patients treated in the county,which directly resulted in the patients reduction and living space compressed.Last but not least,with the continuous expansion of Nanchang city,large public hospitals expanded through a variety of different ways,which inevitably caused the loss of patients and medical staff,especially the core talents.All of these factors,such as limited development,compressed living space,the loss of patients and medical staff and other problems,take huge impact and crisis to J hospital.It is serious to think about how to achieve breakthrough in this round of medical reform.This article was study from the perspective of employee incentive.According to fully mobilize staff's initiative,enthusiasm and creativity,the patients will be attractted at our hospital,enjoying the medical service,which seek a path of development for the J hospital.First of all,this study is based on a wide range of domestic and foreign literature review;Then,we move on to J Hospital of the incentive management mode.Some employees were selected to conduct in-depth interviews to analyze the main factors that affect their enthusiasm and creativity.Descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze and study the incentive management of employees.Third,we put forward incentive schemes for the development of J hospital from thematerial incentives and non-material incentives two aspects.Our incentive schemes based on the RBRVS concept of performance pay,was much more advanced,compared with the current hospital management concept.At the aspect of specific incentive measures,we put forward to working goals and career motivation to establish confidence of employees,such as building staff cohesion through the hospital culture and emotional incentive,guiding employees to work through the establishment of RBRVS performance evaluation,improving staff's technical strength through training and occupation promotion,motivating employees' spontaneous work vitality through other incentive management scheme,etc..This study has some reference significance for the hospital of national medical reform how to improve the efficiency of incentive management and enhance market competitiveness in the health care reform.
