Clinical Observation Of Eczema Lotion (Self-Designed) Combined With Qiang Yue Cream In The Treatment Of Chronic Perianal Eczema

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of eczema lotion(selfprepared formula)combined with Qiang Yue cream in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness type)on patients’ quality of life,depression,anxiety and various symptoms,and to provide a new method and scientific basis for the clinical treatment of chronic perianal eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness type).Methods:A total of 60 patients meeting the criteria were randomly divided into three groups.20 patients in the treatment group: eczema lotion(selfprepared formula)topical combined with Qiang Yue cream topical application,once in the morning and once in the evening.Control group A:20 cases: eczema lotion(self-prepared formula)alone,once in the morning and once in the evening.Control group B: 20 cases: external application of Qiang Yue cream alone,once in the morning and once in the evening.The clinical efficacy of the three groups was finally analyzed.Results:1.Before treatment,the three groups were compared in terms of age,disease duration,gender,quality of life,self-rating depression scale,slefrating anxiety scale,perianal lesion morphology and various symptom indicators(all P>0.05),and the differences were not statistically significant.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group had statistically significant differences for quality of life,self-rating depression scale,slefrating anxiety scale,perianal lesion morphology and each symptom index compared with the two control groups(all P<0.05).3.The total clinical efficiency of the treatment group was 95%,and the total clinical efficiency of the control group A and control group B were85% and 80%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant when comparing the total clinical efficiency of the three groups(P<0.05).4.During the treatment,there were no adverse reactions in the three groups,and the safety of the treatment methods in the three groups was high.The recurrence rates of treatment group,control group A and control group B were 5%,15% and 25%,respectively,and the differences were not statistically significant when tested P>0.05.Conclusion:Eczema lotion combined with Qiang Yue cream or eczema lotion alone or Qiang Yue cream alone can improve the quality of life,depression,anxiety,perianal lesion pattern,perianal itching degree,perianal itching duration and perianal lesion area in patients with chronic phase perianal eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness type).However,the therapeutic effect of eczema lotion combined with Qiang Yue cream was better than that of eczema lotion alone or Qiang Yue cream alone,and the recurrence rate was lower.Eczema lotion alone significantly improved the quality of life and the degree of perianal epidermal peeling in patients with chronic perianal eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness type)compared with Qiang Yue cream alone.
