Clinical Observation Of Compound Huangbo Liquid Combined With Triamcinolone Acetonide And Econazole Cream In The Treatment Of Subacute Perianal Eczema

Objective : Through randomized controlled clinical observation,objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of compound Huangbai liquid wet compress combined with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream in the treatment of subacute perianal eczema.Methods:The clinical cases collected in this clinical observation are77 subacute perianal eczema patients who were admitted to the outpatient and inpatient department of the Department of Anorectal Medicine of Yongchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from October 2019 to January 2021 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Using random number table method and sealed envelope method,they were divided into treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group.All three groups took 7 days as a course of treatment and 3 consecutive courses of treatment.Among them,the treatment group 2 and the control group each dropped 1 case,and75 cases were actually completed.The treatment group was treated with compound Huangbai liquid wet compress and external application of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream twice a day.The dosage of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream in treatment group 1 was half of that in treatment group 2.The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream externally,twice a day.By observing the changes in the EASI score of perianal eczema,damp symptoms,pruritus,and skin lesion area before and after treatment in the 3groups,the curative effect was objectively evaluated.Two months after the end of treatment,an outpatient or telephone follow-up will be conducted to record the recurrence.Results:The treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and the control group have no statistical difference in age,gender,and course of disease,and they are comparable.The treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and the control group have no statistically significant difference in their condition before treatment.There are significant differences in the EASI score of posterior perianal eczema(P=0.009<0.05),skin lesion area(P=0.004<0.05),itching symptoms(P=0.005<0.05),and wet symptoms(P=0.010<0.05).The three groups of local treatments are all effective.Three groups of efficacy evaluation: the total effective rate of the control group is 80%,the total effective rate of the treatment group 1 is 92%,the total effective rate of the treatment group 2 is 96%,the total effective rate of the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2 is higher than the control Group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the efficacy of treatment group 1 and treatment group 2(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the follow-up treatment group was also lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:The total effective rate of compound Huangbo liquid wet compress combined with 1/2 amount of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream in the treatment of subacute perianal eczema is slightly lower than that of compound Huangbo liquid wet compress combined with normal amount of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream External application of ointment in the treatment of subacute perianal eczema,but the difference in the treatment effect was not statistically significant;the total effective rate of compound Huangbai liquid wet compress combined with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream in the treatment of subacute perianal eczema was significantly higher than that of simple use of qu There are statistically significant differences in the efficacy of topical application of Acetonide and econazole cream in the treatment of subacute perianal eczema.There were significant differences in the scores of EASI,skin lesion area,pruritus symptoms,and damp symptoms before and after treatment in the three groups of patients,indicating that compound Huangbo liquid wet compress combined with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream external application in the treatment of subacute perianal eczema can significantly improve eczema Skin lesions,reduce the area of skin lesions,relieve itching symptoms and damp discomfort.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine with compound Huangbai liquid wet compress and external application of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole cream can be used as a new method and new way to treat subacute perianal eczema.
