Clinical Observation Of Degenerative Knee Osteoarthritis Angry Abdominal Acupuncture Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of abdominal and arterial pulsation acupuncture treatment of degenerative knee osteoarthropathy(DKOA),scientific evaluation on the clinical value of the therapy, combination of rest with movement, in order to guide the clinical work.Methods:Recruiting patients with DKOA diagnosis standard in outpatient services of Guang’anmen hospital. Fulling in some scores, including Lequene and Mery knee osteoarthropathy index, the improvement of efficacy criteria to judge of Jananese Orthopaedic Association(JOA) and the quality of life score table,and evaluate the illness and improvement of patients with DKOA. After fulling in informed consent of patients,acupuncture related abdominal points,and combination of rest with movement,and make qi and blood come to the knee,and make legs and knees circulation better.3treatments a week for12weeks. According to the scores, the clinical symptoms of all the patients were transformed into data,and all obtained data was evaluated for statistical significance by the SPSS18.0statistics software,for self-control analysis.Results:1.Basic information,a total of35patients(63knees) with DKOA were recruited from clinics of Guang’an men Hospital. Including26female and15male patients; and from44to81years;the shortest time is6months and the most long for20years,and its average number is about7.8years.2. In overall effect,35patients(63knees),20knees (31.75%) are cured,21knees (33.33%) have marked effective,18knees (28.57%) are effective,4knees (6.35%) are invalid,and the total efficiency is93.65%. The general effect is wonderful.3. The improvement JOA score comparison,there was significant difference.It means that,after abdominal and arterial pulsation acupuncture treatment, patients with the pain of knee,joint function and other major symptoms,signs were significantly improved than pre-treatment.4. The quality of life score table comparison, there was significant difference. It means that,after abdominal and arterial pulsation acupuncture treatment,the patient’s pain,function,activities of daily life,emotion and social ability was significantly improved than pre-treatment. 5. Lequene and Mery knee osteoarthropathy index,comparing the score of follow-up after the end of treatment,before treatment and treatment. Using single factor analysis of variance,and F=138.301,P<0.01. Statistical analysis showed the difference of follow-up after the end of treatment,before treatment and treatment was significant in the study. It indicated that abdominal and arterial pulsation acupuncture therapy can reduce the severity of knee,and the illness recovered gradually.6. Especially for the function recovery of knee joint pain.it is exactly. Abdominal acupuncture,and the motion of legs and knees,it can make qi and blood come to the knee,and and make legs and knees circulation better,reduce the severity of knee joint,and improve the quality of life. The characteristic therapy work fast, safe,painless. It is easily accepted by patients,and it has good compliance,easy to operate.Especially,it is worth in the primary clinical popularization.
