Clinical Study Of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Local Acupuncture Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: This clinical study through the observation of abdominal acupuncture combined with local acupuncture treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type knee osteoarthritis clinical curative effect difference,abdominal acupuncture combined with local acupuncture to evaluate the clinical application value of scientific,objective,wide and provide theoretical and clinical basis for the clinical treatment of knee arthralgia push.It is proved that acupuncture is an effective method for the treatment of the disease of the knee,and to explore a more effective and simple method for the treatment of the disease.Methods: From July 2015 to December 2016,from the Department of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital outpatient and inpatient department patients were selected from 64 patients who met the diagnostic criteria,were randomly divided into abdominal acupuncture combined with local acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group,due to off and removed,the final 30 cases in each group.Abdominal acupuncture combined with local acupuncture group by abdominal acupuncture combined with acupuncture therapy,abdominal acupuncture acupoints: Guanyuan,Zhongwan,Huaroumen(ipsilateral),Daling(ipsilateral),Da heng(bilateral),Qipang(contralateral),Xiafengshidian(ipsilatera l).The medial knee pain and rheumatism in point,knee lateral pain and rheumatism point;local acupoints: Dubi,Neixiyan,Xuehai,Yanglingquan,Liangqiu.The routine acupuncture group was treated with conventional acupuncture therapy,acupoint:Dubi,Neixiyan,Xuehai,Yanglingquan,Heding,Liangqiu,Yinlingquan,Ashi,Ganshu,She nshu.For 30 min,6 times a week,each treatment interval between the rest of the day,1 weeks for 1 courses,2 courses.Respectively,before treatment and 2 courses after treatment VAS pain score,lyshlom knee score,TCM syndrome score,knee osteoarthritis score of the quality of life and overall clinical efficacy index,data statistical analysis,to evaluate the overall clinical efficacy.Results: 1.Pain relief: results of VAS score,two groups before and after treatment,P<0.01,showed that the two kinds of therapy is effective to improve patients with liver and kidney deficiency type knee arthralgia pain.After treatment,there was statistical significance between the two groups,P<0.01,which showed that abdominal acupuncture combined with local acupuncture therapy has more advantages than conventional acupuncture in improving pain.2.Improve the knee joint function: the lysholm knee function score,two groups before and after treatment,P<0.01,showed that the two kinds of therapy is effective to improve the knee joint function in patients with liver and kidney deficiency type knee arthralgia.After treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups,P<0.01,indicating that abdominal acupuncture combined with local acupuncture in the treatment of knee joint function is better than conventional acupuncture therapy.3.TCM symptoms: TCM symptom evaluation and comparison of the results,in the two groups before and after treatment,P<0.01,have statistical significance,showed that the two kinds of therapy is effective to improve clinical symptoms in patients with liver and kidney deficiency type knee arthralgia.After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups,P<0.01,indicating that abdominal acupuncture combined with local acupuncture therapy in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine has more advantages than conventional acupuncture therapy.4.Quality of life: the quality of life score comparison results,two groups before and after treatment,P<0.01,showed that the two kinds of therapy has curative effect to improve quality of life in patients with liver and kidney deficiency type knee arthralgia.After treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups,P<0.01,indicating that abdominal acupuncture combined with local acupuncture in improving the quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis than conventional acupuncture therapy has more advantages.5.The overall clinical efficacy: the overall clinical efficacy results showed abdominal acupuncture combined with local acupuncture group total effective rate was 96.67%,conventional acupuncture group,the total efficiency is 73.33%,the chi square test,P<0.05,the results of the two groups have differences,combined with abdominal acupuncture,curative effect is obviously superior to conventional acupuncture treatment of local acupuncture.Conclusion: 1.For liver and kidney deficiency type knee paralysis treated with abdominal acupuncture and acupuncture therapy in improving pain and improve knee function,TCM symptoms and quality of life were better than routine acupuncture therapy.2.Abdominal acupuncture combined with local acupuncture and conventional acupuncture treatment for the treatment of the disease are effective,but the effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with local acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture clinical efficacy.Abdominal acupuncture combined with routine acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with liver and kidney deficiency type knee paralysis,improve the quality of life of patients,and this treatment did not produce any adverse reactions and side effects.
