Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture And Massage Combined With Semiconductor Laser In The Treatment Of Degenerative Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the acupuncture and massage combined with semiconductor laser in the treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis of knee joint with simple western medicine physical therapy contrast,screening method has better curative effect for the treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis of knee joint,and to optimize the treatment,improve the cure rate.Methods:according to the inclusion criteria,there were 62 cases of knee osteoarthritis outpatients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,the minimum age was 42 years old,the highest was not more than 70 years old.The method of random grouping was divided into observation group and control group.Observation group:massage,warming acupuncture combined with semiconductor laser radiation treatment method;control group:simple western medicine physical therapy method,semiconductor laser,microwave plus TDP irradiation,7 days for a course of treatment,2 courses of treatment.Mainly uses the VAS score,WOMAC score,JOA score,before and after treatment were required to fill out the treatment scale,comprehensive effects are divided into cured,markedly effective,effective and ineffective.Data arrangement and statistical method:statistical analysis is completed by SPSS 19.0 software.Measurement data were expressed by S,t test,enumeration data and X2 test.Rank variables were compared by rank sum test,p<0.05 was statistically significant,statistical analysis was used,and Ridit analysis was used to analyze the effect.Results:in the treatment of sex,before the age of two groups of patients,no significant difference in the course of disease,comparable,after treatment in observation group,the cure rate was 58%,the total effective rate was 93%,the control group cure rate was 45%,the total effective rate was 74%,P<0.01,with statistical significance.Conclusion:Two groups of treatment for degenerative arthritis of the knee were effective,acupuncture and massage combined with semiconductor laser in the treatment of knee joint pain,physiological function,quality of life has obvious curative effect,better than pure western medicine physical therapy.
