Boshi Abdominal Needle Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:to observe the comparative BoShi abdominal acupuncture and the traditional acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy, science evaluation BoShi abdominal acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy and application value.Method:the observed total60patients were treated by adopting the method of randomized, control led clinical trials are divided into abdominal acupuncture treatment group and routine acupuncture control group, each group30patients. In the treatment group to find out:Zhong Wan,Xia Wan, Qi Hai, Guan Yuan,Da Heng,Wai Ling,Qi Pang,Rheumatism point; Control group find out:DuBi,Inner knee, Liang Qiu,Xue Hai,Yin Lingquan, Yang Lingquan,Zu Sanli.Retaining30points,two treatment group therapy3times a week,3weeks as a course of treatment; After the treatment outcome in accordance with the "standard of diagnosis of TCM curative effect", according to the VAS pain score, the Lysholm knee funct ion integral scale to assess the clinical symptoms. Using SPSS17.0statistical software, measurement data using x±s, comparison between the normal distr ibut ion measurement data set using T test, non-normal distribution data using non-parametr ic test, count ing data to rate(%), comparison between groups using Ridit test, P<0.05for the difference was statistically significant.Results:abdominal acupuncture treatment group the total effective rate was96.67%, and the body acupuncture treatment group total effective rate was83.33%; The two groups are significant differences of VAS treatment (P<0.05), two groups of VAS late treatment compared with significant difference(P<0.05); Lysholm knee joint function assessment compared between groups has no stat ist ical significance (P>0.05),but pain, joint swelling, up and down the stairs, squats and other main symptoms compared between two groups have stati s t ical s ignificance (P<0.05), significant difference.Conclusion:BoShi abdominal acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy significantly, the analgesic effect obviously, work fast, especially for the function recovery of knee joint pain, joint swelling and has obvious effect, no significant side effects and is worth to be widely applied in clinical.
