Objective Based on the collection of humeral fractures of the clinical case analysis the method and curative effect,Comparison of percutaneous Minimally invasive plate fixation (Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis, MIPPO) with manual reduction and small splint external fixation clinical efficacy of two treatment method. Provide the basis for further study and for clinical treatment of humeral fractures in summing up experienceMethods Were retrospectively analyzed from March2011to February2013in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital orthopaedics and orthopaedic hospital in sichuan province and35cases of humeral fractures in23-68years old,18patients with percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation,17reduction and small splint external fixation treatment. Observe their hospital stay, cost of treatment, the rate of fracture healing, healing time, complications, shoulder elbow function indicators, etc. To analyze the results using spss17.0analysis of statistics, the clinical curative effect of two methods.Results All cases follow-up for3to16months, an average of12.5months; Two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, fracture type, no statistical difference. Statistical analysis showed that the, MIPPO treatment group was treated with manual reduction small splint external fixation group in terms of length of hospital stay, cost of treatment comparison, difference has statistical significance (p<0.05), Manual reduction of small splint external fixation treatment compared with MIPPO shorter hospital stay, cost less; Two groups in the fracture healing time, shoulder elbow joint function score is compared, difference has no obvious statistical significance (p>0.05), MIPPO interference in nerve injury and other complications in fracture treatment group is higher than the manual reduction small splint external fixation in treatment group, Latter fracture healing complications such as slightly higher than the former, but the difference in the two groups was statistically meaningless (p>0.05).Conclusion MIPPO and small splint two ways compared with the traditional open reduction and plate internal fixation has advantages of large, Satisfied with the humeral fractures can take in fresh closed reduction, Manual reduction of small splint external fixation preferred method shall be deemed to be safe and effective; Of humeral fractures in dated to shaft of humerus fractures and fresh after reset cannot achieve satisfactory registration, should choose to do surgery.
