Provide the basis for further study and for clinical treatment of humeral fractures in summing up experienceMethods Were retrospectively analyzed from March2011to February2013in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital orthopaedics and orthopaedic hospital in sichuan province and35cases of humeral fractures in23-68years old,18patients with percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation,17reduction and small splint external fixation treatment. Observe their hospital stay, cost of treatment, the rate of fracture healing, healing time, complications, shoulder elbow function indicators, etc. To analyze the results using spss17.0analysis of statistics, the clinical curative effect of two methods.Results All cases follow-up for3to16months, an average of12.5months; Two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, fracture type, no statistical difference.
