| Background: Colles fracture is a multiple fracture occurring at the distal end of the flexor at the distance of cancellous bone 3CM from the wrist articular surface.The distal radius is displaced dorsally and radially,angled to the volar side,and can be embedded in the dorsal side,often with supination deformity.This is one of the most common fractures in the human body.Wrist pain after injury usually results in obvious swelling and congestion in one third of the distal hand and forearm.Typical fork-shaped deformity can be seen in cases of obvious fracture displacement.The proportion of children is higher in middle-aged and elderly women.Incidence tends to increase with age,because elderly and female patients are often accompanied by osteoporosis and low energy injury.Therefore,it has important clinical and social significance to describe and explain the fracture in detail,choose more suitable treatment,study the treatment and recovery of Colles fracture of distal radius with anatomical and physiological characteristics,and discuss it.Objective: To evaluate the effect of small splint fixation and plaster fixation on Colles fracture of distal radius after manual reduction and dragon’s blood tablets.Methods: From September 2017 to March 2019,30 patients were treated with small splint or plaster fixation under the condition of Dragon’s Dragon’s Blood tablet after manipulation.The overall patients were successful,including 7 males and 23 females,aged 50-80 years,with an average age of 70.9 years.There were 15 cases in the group of plaster fixation and Dragon’s Blood Dragon Tablets,and 15 cases in the group of small splint fixation and Dragon’s Blood Dragon Tablets.Each group received 6 months of treatment.After manual reduction,the patients in the control group(plaster fixation)and the treatment group(small splint fixation)were treated with Dragon’s Dragon’s Blood Tablets.Before and after treatment,the patients’ condition,signs and complications were evaluated.Visual Analogue Score(VAS),Gartland and Wer1 ey Wrist Joint Function Evaluation Criteria(Excellent: Wrist Joint Function Score 0-2 points,all indicators have been significantly improved;Good: Wrist Joint Function Score 3-8 points,all indicators have improved;Can: Wrist Joint Function Score 9-20 points,Parts.Poor: Wrist joint function score(> 21 points,the improvement of each evaluation index is not obvious).This study randomized two groups of cases,through the analysis of the control design before and after treatment,to analyze the difference of curative effect.Results: After treatment,the clinical observation of the control group and the treatment group improved significantly.After treatment,30 Colles fracture patients all healed obviously,and the treatment group had more significant statistical significance than the control group(P< 0.05).Through Gartland and Wer1 key Wrist Function Score and Visual Analogue Score(VAS),statistics show that the two fixation methods are compared and analyzed,and relevant conclusions are drawn.The treatment group(small splint fixation)improved significantly compared with the control group(plaster fixation),with statistical significance(P < 0.05).There are significant differences in the clinical effects between the two methods.Conclusion: After manual reduction and treatment with Dragon’s Blood Dragon tablets,according to Gartland and Wer1 key Wrist Joint Function Score and Visual Analogue Score(VAS)analysis and comparison,the improvement of small splint fixation patients(treatment group)is significantly better than that of gypsum fixation patients(control group)when Colles fracture is treated with Dragon’s Blood tablets after manual reduction.The degree of pain or recovery,wrist motion and healing time of the patients in the treatment group were more beneficial to the control group. |
