Treatment Of Distal Radius Fracture With Tianlong Xujin Jiegu Plaster Combined With Manual Reduction And Small Splint Fixation

Objective:Through the use of reduction and small splint fixation and reduction and small splint fixation plus Tianlong Xujin Jiegu plaster for the treatment of patients with distal radius fractures,the clinical effects of the two methods were compared to explore the effect of "Tianlong Xujin Jiegu plaster " on the treatment of patients with fractures in the aspects of swelling,pain and bone healing.Methods:Collected in January 2019 to December 2019 in xinjiang medical university with the fourth clinical medical clinic diagnosis of distal radius fractures and meet the inclusion criteria of 58 patients,according to the different methods of treatment,using simple random classified as treatment group and control group,each group 29 cases,control group simply to add small splint fixation,small splint fixation for treatment group plus "Tianlong Xujin Jiegu plaster," using multi-angle control study,from the pain score,swelling,alleviate index,Coney wrist score and X-ray callus healing of four aspects,To observe the curative effect of "Tianlong Xujin Jiegu plaster," in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Results:(1)After repeated measurement of vas before treatment,on the third day,the first week,the second week,the fourth week and the eighth week,the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in pain score among groups,between groups and interaction effects(P < 0.05);(2)After repeated measurement of the swelling reduction indexbefore treatment,on the third day,the first week,the second week,the fourth week and the eighth week,The results showed that there were significant differences among the intra group,inter group and interaction effects in the measurement of wrist swelling(P < 0.05);(3)There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the scores of Cooney wrist function evaluation at the 3rd day,1st week,2nd week,4th week and 8th week after treatment(P< 0.05).The scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group;(4)There was a statistically significant difference between thetreatment group and the control group in the standard score of bone callus grade at 2,4and 8 weeks after treatment(P< 0.05),and the grade of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group;Conclusion:Tianlong Xujin Jiegu plaster can effectively reduce the local soft tissue edema in the early stage of trauma,relieve the pain of the affected limb,and obviously promote the healing of the broken end of the fracture,and promote the recovery of wrist joint function early.Therefore,Tianlong Xujin Jiegu plaster has obvious curative effect in promoting fracture healing,reducing soft tissue swelling in early stage of trauma and improving pain.
