Purpose:To observe the clinical effect that peso bisoprolol treating liverYang syndrome hypertension patient.Method:According to the Chinese traditional medicine and new drug clinicalresearch guiding principle of TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria and high bloodpressure criteria. Hypertension patient in liaoning university of traditionalChinese medicine cardiology outpatientin from December2011to December201260cases, will be divided into liver Yang syndrome group (30cases),unliver Yangsyndrome group (28cases), two groups of patients were taking bisoprolol.Aftertreatment for4weeks, TCM syndrome, blood pressure and heart rate were assessed. Results:Both groups after4weeks treatment, TCM syndrome integral, bloodpressure and heart rate was declined significantly, the comparison before andafter treatment, all have significant difference (P<0.05), suggesting thebisoprolol could reduce TCM syndrome integral and blood pressure and heart rateof liver Yang syndrome group and unliver Yang syndrome group.Between the two groups after4weeks treatment, TCM syndrome integral, bloodpressure, all have significant differences (P <0.05), suggesting after treatmentthe liver Yang syndrome group of TCM syndrome perfection and blood pressure dropwere superior to the group of unliver Yang syndrome. Heart rate after treatmentthere was no significant difference (P>0.05), but difference before and aftertreatment two group of liver Yang syndrome group is greater than unliver Yangsyndrome group, illustrate the bisoprolol group of liver Yang syndrome controlheart rate is better than the group of unliver Yang syndrome. Conclusion:Bisoprolol have obvious therapeutic effect on patients withprimary hypertension, blood pressure and heart rate, and efficacy of liver Yangsyndrome type is better than unliver Yang syndrome curative effect.Liver Yang syndrome hypertension patients may be sympathetic nerve excitability and renindependent, so bisoprolol therapy effect is better.
