Research Of Metabolic Characteristic Of Hypertension Of Syndrome Of Ascendant Hyperactivity Of Liver Yang Based On HPLC-MS Technology And Evaluation Of Pingan Prescirption

Object：To investigate the plasma characteristic metabolites and the essence ofLiver-yang hyperactivity syndrome in hypertension, to explorer the metabonomiccharacters of the spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) and intervention effects of PingGan prescription.Methods: Serum metabolites in patients of Liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome,Yin-yang deficiency syndrome in hypertension and healthy volunteers were detected byHigh performance liquid chromatography time of flight mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS)technology to investigate the metabolic modes of two different syndromes in hypertension.Simultaneously, detecting the spontaneously hypertensive rat serum metabolites to researchPing Gan prescription intervention metabolic characteristics of SHR.Results: The results of PCA have shown that the dispersion of healthy group is largerthan the other two groups, and the Liver-yang Hyperactivity Syndrome overlaps withYin-yang Deficiency Syndrome. Ping Gan prescription of alcohol extract treatment groupintervention in spontaneously hypertensive rats in space closer to the normal group and itseffect is also better than the captopril group.Conclusion: HPLC-MS is capable of identifying the metabolic modes of Liver-yangHyperactivity Syndrome and Yin-yang Deficiency Syndrome and it may become to thediagnostic tool for TCM syndromes.
