Methods Take the semitendinous muscle tendon to circle the tibial entocondyle, to drill through the knee posterior aiticular capsule and to fix it on the capsule , to drill through the femoral entocondyle and to fix it on parenchyma around the femoral entocondyle. follow up operation and observe the clinical effect. Results The follow ?up time ranged from 8 monthes to 68 monthes . there were 16 cases in total. The results of therapy were assessed as follows markedly effective in 12,improved in 3, and just effective in 1, the general superior effective rate being 93.8%. Conclusions This method can provide a strong and stable PCL replacment. But it should be pointed out that there was short of long ?term follow ?up about the PCL injuries. Futher studay and clinical observation on this disease is necessary.
