Comparison Study On Effectiveness Of Three Kinds Of Transplants To Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Under Arthroscopy

Objective:The injury of anterior cruciate ligament(Aterior Cuciate Lgament,ACL)is common to knee joint injury.The injury of ACL affects the stability of the knee joint,damages to the cartilage,and accelerates degeneration of the knee joint.So ACL needs to be repaired.An ACL injury treatment is the main method for ACL reconstruction under arthroscopy at present.The purpose of this study is a retrospective comparison analysis by arthroscopy using autologous hamstring keys(ST/G),autologous periosteum wrapping tendon allograft,with simple tendon allograft.Compered to clinical curative after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery.Methods: From April of 2012 to April of 2015,64 petients whose upper anterior cruciate ligaments were reconstructed at No.3 Hospital,Hebei Medical University.According to the doctors’ advice and patients’ hope,it is divided into autograft hamstring keys(ST/G),autologous periosteum wrapping tendon allograft,with simple tendon allograft,including 22 patients with autologous hamstring tendon reconstruction of ACL,22 patients with simple tendon allograft of ACL,20 cases of autologous periosteum wrapping tendon allograft of ACL using autogenous periosteum package.According to the Scoring criteria of Lysholm and Tegner evaluate the preoperative and postoperative at 3,6,12 months curative effection.Result:The scores postoperative knee function were higher than the preoperative.In 3 months and 6 months after surgery,The function scores of knee joint autologous periosteum wrapping tendon allograft group were higher than those of autograft hamstring tendons and with simple tendon allograft group.In 12 months after surgery,there was no evident difference compared three groups of knee joint function scores.Conclusion:1 Three kinds of operation is remarkable to treatment the anterior cruciate ligament function,the knee joint function scores of three groups are obviously improved compared to the preoperative.2 With autologous periosteum wrapping tendon allograft and with simple tendon allograft,the operation time is shorter,surgical trauma is little,and postoperative complications are less,compared to autologous hamstring tendon reconstruction of ACL.3 Compared to stability of the knee joint and functional recovery,the patients of autologous periosteum wrapping tendon allograft are better.
