The Retrospective Study Of Clinical Efifcacy Of Arthroscopic Reconstruction Of Posterior Cruciate Ligament With Inlay Technique

Objective：Observe Arthroscopic reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament withInlay technique with deep-frozen fresh allogenic achilles tendon and its clinicaloutcome,discuss the advantages and disadvantages.To provide the reference for the clinicaltreatment.Methods: Select18cases of PCL injury in Department of orthopedics of ShandongTraditional Chinese Medical Hospital from2011March to2013March completed (IIdegrees of injury or combined with other trauma) to be object of observation,use ofarthroscopic reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament with Inlay technique withdeep-frozen fresh allogenic achilles tendon.Preoperative and postoperative follow-uprecord Lysholm score、posterior tibial shift、posterior drawer test and lachman test ofaffected limb to be evaluation index of treatment effect.To observe the operation time,postoperative complications, and postoperative rehabilitation exercise and the recent andlong-term clinical effect.Result:18patients were followed up, follow-up time was6~24months, mean12months, no severe complications, knee flexion and extension to normal or near normal. Atthe end of the follow-up, Lysholm score of knee joint from preoperative42±8(average42.5) points improved to84.5±5(average85.8); posterior drawer test and Lachman testwas negative.Conclusion:Arthroscopic reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament operationtrauma, less complications, clinical effect of short-term satisfaction. operation process ofInlay reconstruction technique is complex, but need to change the body position, theplant moved the intraoperative and postoperative, no ligament relaxation or fracture,allogenic achilles tendon graft is a reliable, long-term clinical effect is good, Inlay technology is the operation method a reliable reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament.Arthroscopic reconstruction of posterior cruciate ligament of Inlay technology is notsuitable for all cases, such as obese patients (BMI>30).
