Clinical Treatment Of Shoulder Axial Pulling Adhesion Of Frozen Shoulder

Objective:Through clinical observation, mentor using shoulder axial pull hand the effects werecompared with traditional massage techniques treatment of periarthritis, preliminaryexplore the mentor of clinical value and mechanism of action of shoulder axial pullinghand treatment adhesions period of periarthritis.Method:Using the principle of randomization,40cases of clinical adhesions period of periarthritispatients were divided into axial pull reach out method of treatment group and a controlgroup of traditional massage techniques, observation of symptoms, signs, and changes ofthe shoulder joint activity before and after treatment. Criteria based on the pain visualanalog scale (VAS) and the Japan Society of Orthopaedic Surgery (JOA) shoulderdisorders treatment scores and rate of improvement, statistical analysis the group oftreatment and the control group, were observed therapy whether there are differences.Results:(1) According to the statistical analysis of the two groups of patients in the treatmentgroup and the control group for age, sex, duration of comparison, P>0.05, no difference,were comparable.(2) The two groups of patients in the treatment group and the control group, pre-treatmentof pain, function, activities are relatively statistical analysis P>0.05, no difference, werecomparable.(3) After two courses of treatment, the two groups of patients in the treatment group andthe control group after the treatment of pain, function, activity compare statisticalanalysis P <0.01, significant differences in statistical, indicating that the treatment groupbetter than the control group.(4) After the treatment, the treatment group improvement rate was65.45%, improvementrate in the control group was55.83%, the treatment group still better than the controlgroup. Conclusion:(1) Item of clinical observation indicator using shoulder the axial pull reach out toimprove the adhesion period periarthritis symptoms and signs have a significant effect,which have a high clinical value in application and promotion.(2) The technique of shoulder the axial pull reach out was significantly better thanconventional massage to improve periarthritis pain, function, activities.
