Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Exercise Therapy Combined With "4+1" Functional Exercise In The Treatment Of Adhesion Periarthritis Of Shoulder

Objective To observe the clinical effect of exercise therapy combined with "4+1" functional exercise in the treatment of adhesion periarthritis of shoulder.Methods 60 cases of adhesive periarthritis of shoulder in the massage department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Traditional Chinese Medical University were selected,and 60 cases of adhesive periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The changes of subjective symptoms of shoulder,shoulder joint function and shoulder joint activity before and after treatment were observed.According to the evaluation criteria of visual analogue pain score(VAS)and shoulder joint Neer function score as well as the effective rate,data statistics were made for the treatment of the two groups,and statistical analysis was carried out to observe whether the therapeutic effect of the two groups was different.Results 1.According to the statistical analysis of the age,gender and course of disease that fell between the treatment group and the control group,P>0.05 shows no difference and comparability.2.After statistical analysis,P>0.05 showed that the pain,function,activity range and anatomic comparison between the treatment group and the control group showed no difference and comparability.3.After two courses of treatment,the pain,function and range of activity of the treatment group and the control group are compared,P<0.05 is statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group.4.After treatment,the total effective rate was 100%in the treatment group and 90%in the control group,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion(1)Clinical observation indexes indicated that exercise therapy combined with"4+1" functional exercise had a significant effect on improving the symptoms and signs of adhesive periarthritis of shoulder,which had a high clinical application and promotion value.(2)Exercise therapy combined with "4+1" functional exercise is significantly superior to conventional massage in improving the pain,function and range of motion of periarthritis of shoulder during adhesion period.
