The Clinical Observation On Treating Adhesion Period Periarthritis Of Shoulder By Acupoint Dredging Pain Point And Kneading Technique Combined With Electroacupuncture

Objective: Through the analysis of the clinical data of the patients with periarthritis of shoulder,the effect of acupoint dredging,pain and massage with the common acupuncture treatment for patients with periarthritis of shoulder is observed and the characteristics of the acupuncture and massage and massage are analyzed in order to explore a safe,effective and economical method for the future.The clinical treatment provides the basis.Method: 90 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis in the clinic of a Chinese medicine hospital were selected.According to the diagnosis and inclusion criteria of the cases,the patients were divided into 3 groups according to the principle of random and control.The acupuncture group(observation group)was treated with acupuncture and acupoint dredging,pain point and massage combined with common acupuncture treatment,massage treatment each time 20-25 min,acupuncture treatment of 20 min,acupuncture group(control group)for common acupuncture treatment,acupuncture treatment of 20 min,massage group(control group)to carry out massage therapy.The three groups were treated with 1 times / day,6 times / week for 2 weeks.The Mc Gill pain score,the Constant-Murley shoulder function activity score,the ADL quality of life table Barthel index and the Hamilton anxiety scale HAMA score before and after the treatment were observed,and then the statistical analysis was carried out to compare the differences before and after the treatment.Result: 1.Acupuncture group: 3 cases(10%),25 cases(83.33%),2 cases(6.67%),0 ineffective,total effective rate 100%,acupuncture group: 0 cases(0%),significant 11(36.67%),improved 16 cases(0%),invalid cases,total effective efficiency;2 cases(6.67%)were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%.2.After treatment,the scores of three groups of Mc Gill,CMS,ADL and HAMA were statistically analyzed before and after treatment.The difference was statistically significant and significant.It is proved that the pain degree,the degree of joint activity,the quality of life and the mental quality of the patients are better than those of simple acupuncture and simple massage.Conclusion: 1.meridian acupoint dredging pain point massage manipulation combined with ordinary acupuncture has good effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis,and is better than simple acupuncture and simple massage therapy.2.acupoints dredging pain point massage combined with ordinary acupuncture treatment can obviously improve the functional activities of the shoulder joint,the degree of pain,the quality of life,and the quality of the spirit. 3.simple acupuncture and simple massage can improve the function of the patients,reduce the degree of pain,improve the quality of life and mental quality,but there is no significant difference in the curative effect of the two.
