Objective: This article observes the clinical efficacy of manual decompression combined with cocktail injection in the treatment of adhesional periarthritis, and explores its mechanism, finds effective and safe treatment for the disease, and provides a basis for clinical. Methods: From January 2018 to March 2019,the patient's source was 40 patients with conjunctival periarthritis who were diagnosed and included in the quadriplegia of the hospital and affiliated hospitals, including 19 males and 21 females.Explain the medication and surgical plan to the patient and sign the patient's signature. They were randomly divided into two groups of20 patients each.In the treatment group, the cocktail was injected into the shoulder after anesthesia was released, and the control group was only treated with anesthesia. The cocktail solution was prepared by diluting triamcinolone acetonide 50 mg(1 ml: 40 mg),ropivacaine 10 ml(10 ml: 100 mg),and epinephrine 0.1 ml(1 mg: 1 ml)with 10 ml of physiological saline. The operation was performed by the same team in both groups. The analgesic pump was analgesic for two days after operation. Both groups were guided to exercise functionally. The subjective scores of shoulders were compared before treatment and 1 month and 3 months after treatment.Shoulder joint function score, shoulder joint mobility, and according to the above score, determine the comprehensive treatment of treatment, experimental data wereanalyzed using SPSS23.0 statistical software. Results: All the selected patients completed the whole treatment process, and there was no case of shedding. There was no significant difference in the age, sex, disease position and disease course between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The data were comparable. The VAS scores of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group at 1 month and 3 months after operation. The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CMS scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group in January and March. The comparative analysis of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the 1month and 3 months were statistically analyzed. The total effective rate of the two treatment groups was higher than that of the control group, and there was statistical difference(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Under the anesthesia, the treatment of adhesion period of periarthritis of shoulder has the advantages of less trauma, convenient operation, less patient pain and quick symptom relief. The results of this study showed that the effect of manual decompression combined with cocktail therapy in the treatment of adhesional shoulder periarthritis was better than that of manual lysis alone. In addition, the patient suffered less pain during the treatment and the operation time was short, which was worthy of clinical promotion.
