The Clinical Research On Treatment Adhesion Period Periarthritis Of Shoulder By The Main On Movement To Massage Therapy

Objective Observation and objective to evaluate the advantage of the clinical by the main on movement to massage therapy for adhesion period periarthritis of shoulder,and provide a new method for massage therapy on treatment adhesion period of periarthritis of shoulder in clinical.Methods The 60 patients which is according with the diagnostic standard of adhesion period periarthritis of shoulder(unilateral) will be filed in the experimental group and control group, 30 patients in each group randomly and single-blindly.the experimental group treated by the main on movement to massage therapy,and the control group treated by traditional massage therapy,and two groups combining with the same functional exercise.Ten times for a course of treatment, five times a week,two groups of treatment for two sessions(total of 4 weeks).Observing two groups’ improvement on symptoms and signs after treatment, by using the score of visual analog pain score(VAS) and of Japanese Orthopedic Association’s shoulder joint diseases therapy result judgement standard(JOA),through telephone follow-up survey the recurrence rate after 3 months, the data statistically analyzed compares the different curative effect.Results 1.Comparing the common information before treatment:there is no significantly statistical difference(P>0.05)between 2 groups on age, gender,course of disease, affected side, and the score of VAS and JOA,instructing the comparability.2.Comparing each intra-group before and after:there is significantly statistical difference(P<0.05)each group on socre of VAS, and the score of JOA,after the second course of treatment,instructing the treatment effective both of two massage methods.3.Comparing inter-group before and after:there is significantly statistical difference(P<0.05) between 2 groups on the socre of VAS,pain, shoulder function,range of shoulder motion,and the score of JOA,after the first course of treatment,instructing the better effective of the main on movement to massage therapy than traditional massage therapy.And after the second course instructs the better effective of the main on movement to massage therapy keeping treatment than traditional massage therapy.4.Comparing the efficiency and cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate:there is 90%efficiency,66.67% cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate in the experimental group;there is 83.33% efficiency,30.0% cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate in the control group;there is significantly statistical difference(P<0.05) between 2 groups,instructing the better cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate of the main on movement to massage therapy keeping treatment than traditional massage therapy.5.after the end of treatment, there were a telephone follow-up of two groups’ patients lasting three months:there is no significantly statistical difference(P>0.05)between 2 groups.Conclusion The researche shows the good treatment effective both of two massage methods on the socre of VAS,pain, shoulder function,range of shoulder motion,and the score of JOA.However, the main on movement to massage therapy keeping treatment is significantly better than traditional massage therapy on every score and the cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate.The advantage is improving the symptoms and signs in short-term,remarkable-effectiveness.And the,there is better curative effect in continuous treatment with further improved,increasing the number of cured.There is stable curative effect,simple operation,easy grasp,good safty,practicability,so which have a high clinical value in application and promotion.
